Creamy Ginger Green Smoothie

Most people cringe at a green smoothie but I have one that I absolutely love and so does my son! Often I use this same recipe to make him popsicles with and he chows them down in a matter of minutes, it is an easy way to get your kids to eat their greens!

Creamy Ginger Green Smoothie

You will need:

  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups of frozen mango
  • 1 medium sized kale leaf
  • 1/2-1 inch piece of ginger (depending on how strong you like it)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 3/4 cup of oat milk

Instructions:

  1. Place all of your ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth! Adjust flavors as desired.
