Here is a simple caramel sauce that you can serve with apples, use in deserts or put on bagels in the morning!
It is so creamy and delicious and almost tastes like apple pie to me! We enjoy this dip so much. It is perfect for family gatherings and literally takes about 5 minutes to make. Dates are good for you, they are full of fiber, carbs, protein and fats and they have vitamins B6, Magnesium, Manganese, niacin and riboflavin. Oh yeah! And they are sweet and delicious!
Recipe provided below is for about 3-4 people as a side with apples.
What you will need:
- 8-10 Medjool Dates
- 1/4 cup of water

- Add all ingredients into the blender and then add water to desired consistency. ( 1 Tablespoon at a time )
- Scoop out pure and put into a bowl to serve. Enjoy with Fruits, bagels and toast!!
